This year is a landmark moment for StartCHURCH as we celebrate 25 incredible years of serving churches and ministries. For a quarter of a century, we’ve had the honor of walking alongside thousands of churches, ministries, and leaders, helping them protect what God has given them to lead with confidence and excellence.
As we reflect on the past 25 years, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the journey, the relationships we’ve built, and the impact we’ve witnessed. From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted resource for ministries nationwide, our story is one of faith, growth, and unwavering commitment to serving the Kingdom.
A Journey Rooted in Purpose
When StartCHURCH began in 2000, the vision was clear: to meet the needs of pastors, leaders, and church boards that have the vision to make a difference in their communities by establishing new churches and ministries. Knowing that churches face increased scrutiny, StartCHURCH answered the call to be a voice to the Body of Christ by educating and empowering men and women of God not only to start their churches but also to run and manage them better.
We understood that pastors and leaders have a sacred mission to focus on their calling, and we wanted to shoulder the burden of the operational complexities so they could focus on what truly matters—ministering to people.
Over the years, that vision has grown, expanded, and evolved. Still, our mission remains the same.
Celebrating the Impact

- Thousands of churches and ministries have been helped through incorporation, 501(c)(3) recognition, and compliance support.
- Our StartCHURCH Cloud software has become a game-changer for countless organizations, simplifying the ministry’s day-to-day operations.
- Partnerships with organizations like ARC, Vineyard USA, and Portable Church® Industries have allowed us to enhance the support we offer to churches and ministries nationwide.
- Each month, over a thousand churches place their trust in StartCHURCH to manage their financial records with precision and care.
But beyond the numbers lies the true heart of our mission—the inspiring stories and heartfelt testimonies from pastors and ministry leaders whose lives and ministries have been deeply transformed by StartCHURCH. Each testimony reflects God’s faithfulness and serves as a reminder of the profound impact that providing ministries with the right resources and support can have on their ability to fulfill His calling.
